Customer Service Rep (CSR)

Our client, leaders in a wholesale linens, is looking for a Customer service rep in their Laval office.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients by phone and by email
  • Responsible for the daily execution of sales orders
  • Ensuring orders are processed and entered properly in our system
  • Working directly with the sales team and other key stake holders
  • Required skills and Experience:

    • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment or in Customer Service (sales, Call Center or
    • Inside Sales type of role would be considered an asset)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point (an asset)
    • CRM & NetSuite experience (an asset)

    Salary based on experience $13.86 – $16.34 an hour
