Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant

Our client, leaders in the printing and promotional industry, is looking for a smart CSR/administrative assistant to the team in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

    • Take incoming customer service calls
    • Follow up on quotes to secure orders.
    • Order facilitator – help process orders and keep them running smoothly throughout printing process.
    • General inquiries and communication with customers regarding price, stock, delivery dates, tracking numbers and printing
    • general office tasks

Qualifications:

        • Bilingual: Great communication skills in English and French
        • organized
        • computer literate
        • ability to learn new systems and processes easily
        • ability to handle issues that arise in a calm manner and communicate solutions to customers

Salary based on experience $$35,000-40,000
