Our client, a commercial and residential developer, is looking to add an experienced Executive Assistant to its team in Montreal.
- manage and maintain CEO’s calendar
- make travel arrangements
- arrange any material require for presentations, documents…
- maintain office supplies
- answer phone calls and emails and direct them appropriately
- other administrative duties
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- bilingual English and French verbal and written
- ability to multi-task
- excellent communication
- integrity and professionalism
- proficient in MS office
Salary based on experience $50,000-$60,000
