Administrative Assistant
Our client, leaders in a GPS tracking services, is looking for a dynamic administrative assistant in their Montreal office. This individual will be responsible for facilitating all transactions related to both hardware and software, specifically entering and reporting data, and carrying out documents and records.
Responsibilities:
- Support service billing activities: Preparing invoicing templates (excel), preparing documentation, validating documentation
- Preparing and sending contracts (excel – to – PDF) & following up to get signed contracts
- Answering emails from customers regarding new units
- Posting tasks on Asana (project management system)
- Following-up on tasks on Asana
- Inventory Management – physical inventory count and unit swaps
- Ordering Supplies & Accessories
- Coordinating shipments
- Preparing sales reports based on data entered (following monthly targets and goal achievements)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role
- Organized
- Capable of using Microsoft office, particularly excel
- Fully bilingual
- Good Communication
- Team player
Salary based on experience $40,000
