Customer service (with inside sales)

Our client, leaders in GPS tracking systems is looking to add an experienced, bilingual, Customer Service Representative to its team in Montreal.

A Customer Service Representative’s job will entail scheduling and teaching newly acquired customers how to use the company’s applications in both English and French. They must be able to explain the systems fully, including their complexities. They will also be responsible for sensing future opportunity and encouraging new unit purchases (up selling). Majority of trainings will be done online.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of similar CSR experience
  • Fully Bilingual
  • Technological savvy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Perform online demonstrations
  • Ability to simplify processes
  • Ability to upsell – sales experience

Salary based on experience $42,000-45,000
